Participants wishing to stay at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver must book directly with the hotel. (Note: Conference Registration does not include accommodation.) CVCA has contracted a limited room block. Negotiated rates are available only while supply lasts, with guestroom rates starting at $245.00 CAD (pre taxes) per night. Our room block will be released May 2, 2011. Any rooms remaining in CVCA’s block after May 2, 2011 will be released, at which time you risk a higher room charge or a “sold out” hotel, so we encourage you to book your hotel accommodation quickly. GOLF DAY – WEDNESDAY MAY 25, 2011
A special opportunity for a limited number of conference attendees to mix networking with a round of golf at Morgan Creek Golf Club (http://www.morgancreekgolf.com/). Morgan Creek Golf Course is located in South Surrey, B.C., just 20 minutes from Vancouver and off highway 99. One of the Lower Mainland's premier golf courses, Morgan Creek Golf Course has been voted the CPGA of BC "Facility of the Year" as well as Golf Digest's "Places to Play". Morgan Creek offers fast greens, lush rolling fairways and a practice fairway with grass tees and target greens. Bus transfer to and from The Westin Bayshore, departing for the course at 6:00a.m. with estimated travel time of 45 minutes. Tee-off at 8:00 a.m., estimated return time to hotel of 3:00 p.m. The golf registration fee is $196.00 ($175.00 + HST 12% $21.00), which includes green fees, power cart, bus transfers, food and beverage. Limited spots have been secured so you need to register by May 4, 2011. If you are interested in a specific foursome grouping, please note your teammates at the time of registration to cvca@cvca.ca. Alternatively, groupings will be done randomly.
To arrange for club rentals, contact the Golf Shop directly at 604-531-4653, ext.1. Club rentals are $48.00 + HST. Players should specify Right or Left-handed, graphite or steel. Please arrange your rentals by May 4, 2011
EXTRA TICKETS FOR GALA EVENING (MAY 26, 2011)
Your fee for the conference “includes” GALA evening, however you are welcome to purchase additional ticket(s) for you guest(s). Please call the CVCA office at 416-487-0519, ext. 222 or send your request to kryan@cvca.ca. Single ticket price is $280.00 ($250 + 12% HST $30.00)
CANCELLATION POLICY

- to administer the CVCA and any events held by or in relation to the CVCA;
