The Shotgun Fund® will purchase common shares from departing stakeholders when a shotgun clause or buy-sell agreement has been executed. Our private equity financing for shotgun situations and other quick transactions makes us partners with existing shareholders. We have structured our business to accommodate very tight time frames.
The Succession Fund™ provides equity financing for family business ownership change, shareholder realignment, and owner-operators who want to take some “Chips off the Table”.
A key focus of the The Succession Fund is providing family business owners with the ability to achieve partial liquidity, so they can address personal financial objectives without unduly leveraging the balance sheet or selling out prematurely. The Succession Fund will help shareholders, take "Chips off the Table" when those who own 100% of their business want to sell some of their stake, or when owners-operators need help to buy out their minority shareholders.
