The finance committee ensures that sound financial practices are in place, and that there are sufficient liquid assets to meet any extended period of declining revenues. It is responsible for observing investment and financial control policies. It carries out its tasks by reviewing the association’s budget on a quarterly basis with input from other committees, and by ensuring that there is full and comprehensive financial reporting.
