Industry Code of Conduct

The ILPA Code of Conduct guidelines, officially adopted by the CVCA, identifies the components that should be included for organizations seeking to improve the definition, reporting, investigation and disciplining of harassment, discrimination, and violence in the workplace.

2021 Canadian Private Capital State of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Report

This updated demographic profile will allow us to acknowledge the progress that has been made, as well as specific recommendations on improving inclusivity in our ecosystem – an important step towards understanding the gaps that still exist and the work that still needs to be done.

2019 Canadian Private Capital State of Diversity and Inclusion Report

The Canadian Private Equity and Venture Capital – State Of Diversity & Inclusion 2019 report provides a snapshot of the current state of diversity and inclusion within the Canadian private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) sectors and establishes baseline data based on CVCA membership responses to the survey to measure the sector’s progress over the coming years.
