 Drive portfolio performance by identifying and executing follow-on investments, exits, and liquidity events that strengthen returns and impact.
 Partner closely with founders and leadership teams to accelerate growth by advising on strategy, fundraising, governance, and operational excellence.
 Represent NBIF as a Board Director or Observer, providing strategic guidance, governance oversight, and leadership support to portfolio companies.
 Build and sustain high-value relationships with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem stakeholders to expand NBIF’s reach and influence.
 Contribute to NBIF’s investment strategy and internal processes, helping refine how we evaluate, scale, and support high-potential ventures.
 Contribute to foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
 Champion the growth of New Brunswick’s innovation ecosystem by connecting talent, capital, and opportunity to accelerate the next generation of founders.

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

 Exceptional relationship builder with a track record of influencing, negotiating, and collaborating across investors, founders, and ecosystem partners.
 Strong communicator, able to synthesize complex ideas and present with clarity and conviction.
 Mission-driven and passionate about building great companies, driving innovation, and delivering lasting impact in New Brunswick.
