Senior Analyst Position Ironbridge is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst will work with our team on new investment opportunities, support existing portfolio investments and perform company and industry research. You will be a significant contributor to new deal analysis and will participate in Investment Committee presentations helping to advise on new opportunities. This is a 2 year role with the opportunity to be promoted to Associate after this time. We are currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years of work experience in a related field, likely one of: investment banking, accounting, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or private equity. Primary Responsibilities: • Conduct company and industry research along with related quantitative and qualitative analysis • Build financial models to analyze various companies and scenarios • Work with third-party advisors to perform due diligence on investment opportunities • Work with portfolio companies on several initiatives including strategic imperatives, budgeting processes and board presentations • Support monthly and quarterly investment valuations and reports • Various administrative duties on an as-needed basis Training: We are a lean organization so training will be informal and ‘hands on’ in nature. You will be assigned a mentor to guide you through your career development. You will work with all the investment professionals at Ironbridge, including the Partners, and work closely with our Principals, Vice-Presidents, and Senior Associates to support your work.
